Meet Dilma

I’m Dilma Morais — a passionate guide for those seeking more freedom, joy, and balance in their lives. My own healing journey began in childhood and has taken me across continents, where I’ve studied with inspiring teachers and developed a rich toolkit of holistic practices.

Since becoming a qualified Kinesiologist in 2011 in Australia, I’ve combined my background in energy healing, shamanism, psychic development and non violent communication to help others thrive.

What I Offer

Each session is unique and guided by your body’s wisdom through muscle testing. Together, we can release stuck energy, shift limiting patterns, and activate your inner healing. My toolkit includes:

Sessions are available in person (in Bensafrim, near Lagos, Algarve) or online from wherever you are. I speak English and Portuguese, and I’m happy to support you in either language.
