My journey with Kinesiology began in 1996, when I experienced my first session. The profound shifts it brought to my life inspired me to dive deeper into this powerful healing modality. In 2011, I completed my studies at the Byron Kinesiology Centre (ICPKP) and have since supported many clients in transforming challenges into growth and wellbeing.
In addition to being a certified Kinesiologist, I’m an Advanced Crystal Dreaming® practitioner, an accredited 5Rhythms® dance teacher, a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and a jewellery designer (Amuleto Designs). For over 30 years, I’ve immersed myself in movement, energy work, and holistic healing, teaching workshops and classes across Australia and internationally.
My background also includes studies in Art Therapy, which I continue to weave into my healing sessions. My travels and time living in various countries, including a year of community service, have deeply enriched my understanding of people and energy across cultures.
I’m passionate about personal growth, meditation, creative expression, and conscious living. Over the years, I’ve facilitated healing workshops for thousands, offering space for transformation, clarity, empowerment, and balance.
Kinesiology and Crystal Dreaming in particular have opened my eyes to the deeper layers of the human experience. I’m continually humbled by each client’s journey, and I honour the sacredness of this healing path. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals, supporting them in aligning with their purpose and creating more joyful, fulfilled lives.
