This session is designed to help you release negative emotions that no longer serve your highest good. Using kinesiology, Dilma will assess your energetic state, identify sources of stress and energy imbalances, and pinpoint areas in need of healing. She will then apply shamanic techniques to cleanse and harmonize your energy field.

You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where a protective energetic shield is created, helping you feel grounded and safe. Through divine energy healing, blocked or stagnant chakras are realigned, allowing a shift toward clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of connection to your true self.

Each session is intuitively tailored to your unique needs and current situation, offering a deeply personal and transformative experience.

Holistic package - 5 sessions:

A series of five sessions to support you in multiple ways. An initial Crystal Dreaming session, followed by two kinesiology sessions and a 5Rhythms Dance session to free you and embody the new you. Finally we have an online session completing the process. To be used within 5 months so that you can deepen your healing and empowering journey with continuing support.

Six sessions package:

A series of six sessions to support you on your life journey. One initial Crystal Dreaming, four Kinesiology session in person and, finally, one online session (Kinesiology). To be used within 6 months so that you can deepen your healing and empowering journey with ongoing support. I find that having regular sessions help us work on more subtle issues. As the “big ones” get out of the way, we can then explore other parts of the puzzle and so you become happier and freer.

5 Rhythms dance:

A moving meditation practice designed to free your body, mind and soul. There are no steps to follow, its supper fun and you will feel vitalised and light! We will work with the elements of dance that will be more healing for you. This is a great way to integrate and embody what we worked on in a Kinesiology or Crystal Dreaming session.

Chakra Balance:

Chakras are the body’s main energy centers, each connected to major organs and glands that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When balanced, they spin freely and draw in universal life force energy, supporting overall harmony and vitality.

However, stress and life’s challenges can easily disrupt this flow, making us more vulnerable to imbalances. In a chakra balance session, I use tools such as crystals, sound frequencies, and energy work to help realign and activate your energy centers — restoring clarity, calm, and connection within.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally balanced, and deeply reconnected to themselves.

• 1h session:  60€
• 45min session: 50€

Because energy is not limited by distance, online sessions can be just as effective as in-person work. During our session, I’ll use muscle testing on myself to surrogate for your body’s responses, and I’ll guide you through any practical corrections you may need to do on your side.

Online sessions are especially helpful for emotional or spiritual concerns, and they’re also a convenient option for follow-up appointments once we’ve already connected.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or result in the session being charged in full.
