HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION:

How to Raise Your Vibration:

1- Look at beautiful flowers

2- Spend time with an animal

3- Spend time in nature

4- Think positive thoughts

5- Do an act of kindness

6- Walk bare feet

7- Practice mindful breathing as you hold one hand just above your chest with eyes closed

8- Tidy up the clutter in your space and enjoy the results

9- Write ten things you are grateful for today

10- Treat yourself with the maximum love and respect ❤️ (eat healthy food, select the people/places you spend time with/in, nourish your inner child, follow your heart…)
