Relational Meditations group

Are you craving real connection?
Tired of surface-level conversations and not truly being seen?

Many of us can feel peaceful and grounded alone — yet relationship has a unique way of revealing us to ourselves.
When we relate with others, something deeper becomes visible. We may discover hidden patterns, emotional triggers, new perspectives, or unexpected truths. Certain kinds of growth and self-awareness can only happen in connection.

If you long for depth, presence, and meaningful encounters that leave you feeling more alive, I’d love to invite you to a special in-person gathering:

Relational Meditations

Relational Meditations is an open experiential group where we explore authentic relating, presence, and intimacy in a grounded and conscious way.

Together, we slow down, listen deeply, and practice being real — beyond roles, masks, and expectations.

This is a space to:

  • Feel seen, met, and respected
  • Explore honesty and deep listening
  • Reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner truth
  • Nourish your nervous system and “fill your love tank”
  • Experience meaningful human connection in a safe and welcoming container

You are welcome exactly as you are.

How we meet

Each session is unique and shaped by the energy of the group and the present moment.

Using my intuition and sensitivity to the collective field, I guide practices that support awareness, openness, embodiment, and connection.

Sessions may include:

  • Circling / Transformational Connection
  • Eye gazing & relational presence practices
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
  • 5Rhythms® movement exercises in pairs or groups
  • Meditation & gentle self-inquiry
  • Intuitive and psychic explorations

No previous experience is needed.
You are never forced to share or participate beyond your own comfort zone. Choice, consent, and respect are central.

You may leave feeling…

  • More connected to yourself and others
  • Seen and accepted as you are
  • Emotionally nourished and inspired
  • With a fuller heart and clearer mind
  • More alive, aware, and open to life

About me

I’m Dilma, a therapist, 5Rhythms dance teacher, truth-lover, and lifelong explorer of human connection.
For over 25 years, I’ve been facilitating groups and holding spaces for personal transformation through a meditative practice called 5Rhythms.

Created by Gabrielle Roth, this practice moves through an energy wave — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, and Lyrical — and arrives in Stillness.

Stillness is the rhythm that most inspires me: a spacious inner landscape of clarity, peace, truth, and endless expansion. A gentle rhythm, full of mysteries waiting to be discovered.
Here, the old dissolves, and space opens for something new to be born.

And it is in this landscape that we meet.

You may be wondering:

Is this group therapy?
Connections is a facilitated experiential group, not psychotherapy. And while the space can be therapeutic and deeply meaningful, it is focused on presence, awareness, and connection rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Do I need experience with 5Rhythms, circling, or group work?
Not at all. All practices are introduced gently and clearly. You are welcome whether this is your first group experience or you’ve been exploring personal growth for years.

Do I have to share personal things?
No. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation. You are encouraged to listen to your own boundaries and participate in ways that feel right for you in the moment. And saying this, you are encouraged to dig deep to see what is happening to you in the present moment and to stay curious of what is happening – and this is personal.

What if I feel shy, emotional, or uncomfortable?
All of that is welcome. Many people arrive feeling shy or unsure. The group is held with care, respect, and pacing, so you can move at your own rhythm. You are always free to pause, observe and join again when you are ready.

Is there physical contact?
No physical contact is required. Any exercises involving proximity or interaction are always guided with clear consent and choice.

Who is this group for?
This group is for people who are curious about themselves, value authenticity, and wish to explore deeper, more conscious ways of relating — with themselves and with others.

Can I come alone?
Yes. Most people do. You don’t need to bring a partner or friend.

What language is the group held in?
The session will be guided in English and Portuguese, depending on the group’s needs.

How many people are in the group?
Group size may vary. I hold the group in a way that supports intimacy, safety, and presence.

What should I bring?
Just yourself, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to be present. You can bring your water bottle.
